Last days in Charlotte before my RTW Trip

Meeting up with friends right before leaving on my RTW trip

My last few drinks with friends at ‘Moosehead’, you all will be missed! (as will their chicken wings – best in Charlotte and not likely to be found in Beijing!).  By the way, April it looks like you mysteriously have a California Raisin arm, not sure what’s going on there.  And wait a minute, who’s babies are these?? I thought we were out getting drinks??? J/K, I’m sure they’ll be ordering from the bar by the time I get back!

Last look at Charlotte

Ok so its not the best shot of Charlotte but it was taken from about 5000 feet circling back over downtown on a hazy day… and I wasn’t the one that took the picture being on the opposite side of the plane. However, it was the last I’ll see of Charlotte for a while.
